Patrick Langrell is Senior Manager, Operations and Programs, in the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Coordination at ACU. He is responsible for, among other things, overseeing the Ethics Hub and its soon-to-be-released website resource, Ethics Finder.
Prior to working at ACU, he spearheaded network engagement for the Berggruen Institute in Los Angeles. The institute is a Californian think tank that brings philosophy/ethics to international relations and foreign affairs.
He has organised, presented, and emceed hundreds of events at universities and public forums across Australia, the United States, and the UK, on social, cultural, ethical, religious and political issues.
Prior positions have included senior advisory roles in public policy and media/communications, for religious, charitable, and non-profit organisations in Sydney, Los Angeles and New York. Patrick obtained his undergraduate and master's degree in philosophy at the University of Notre Dame Australia.
